   here is my submission to the BCI Competition 2003
   and particularly on datasets "self-regulation of SCPs".

   GloBo is a stochastic algorithm that learns understandable
   disjunctive theories.

   On the "a34lkt" dataset, GloBo has learnt 2 rules for class 0
   and 3 rules for class 1.

   On the "egl2ln" dataset, GloBo has learnt 3 rules for class 0
   and 3 rules for class 1.
