Description:

Since the most distinctive motion imagination related character exhibits on channel 39 with the spectral annlysis, we use the program below:
1. Downsample raw data to 100Hz   
2. AR spectral estimation with the order 10 at 10-12Hz as character.
3. NearestNeighbor and SVM as the classifer (we use Classification_toolbox and the libsvm2.5 toolbox)
